Amanda is one of the best Pilates teachers I have had in the 8 years that I have been doing classes. Her lessons are varied and always have new and interesting exercises, and you always feel that you have worked hard. Amanda knows how to make adjustments around injuries and different experience levels and focuses on doing exercises with control and good technique. She balances being friendly and open with professionalism and a genuine commitment to Pilates and her students.

I thoroughly enjoyed Amanda’s pilates style, as I felt engaged throughout her class & easily lost track of time. Amanda has a way to keep her session the right mix of challenging & different exercises compared to other pilates classes I’ve been to with plenty of options for all levels. There is also an opportunity to use props to get deeper into the muscles & posture too. I also appreciate Amanda’s attention and cues to help me personally on the exercises I found tricky, and I noticed she did this for others too so that we get more out of class with her. I would not hesitate to recommend giving her classes a go!

Every class is very well delivered; her teaching style includes clear and constant verbal direction, combined with her visual checking, minor adjustments and ongoing encouragement.
