How do I get started?

– Download the MindBody App .

– Find BodyLife Pullenvale and make us a favourite 
– Create your profile
– Start booking into classes (manage all your appointments
and rescheduling from there).
You will receive an email from us welcoming you to the studio
with a link to our compulsory Health Questionnaire which will
take you no longer than 1 minute to complete.

What if I need to cancel a booking?


If you are unable to attend one of the classes you have booked,
please make sure to cancel within the time frames advise. 

If you are booked into any morning class before 8am and cannot attend, please
cancel by 7pm the night before.

Any classes from 8am onwards have a generous 3 hour cancellation window.

A $10 cancellation fee applies for any class cancelled within this window, or booked and not attended. 

*Class Packs forfeit their class.


Due to the personal and tailored nature of your session, a 12 hour cancellation window applies. Sessions cancelled within this window will be forfeited. Should one party of a duo session be unable to attend at short notice, the session will still be charged at the duo rate.

It’s my first time at the studio, what do I do?

Please arrive 15 mins early.  This gives us time to introduce ourselves and give you a run down of the equipment and some Pilates basics such as spinal positions and breathing. If you have specific injuries, concerns or even certain goals you wish to achieve, please contact us via email at to let us know before attending a class. 

What do I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and bring a water bottle.  Often you will be required to have legs stretched out so please wear clothing that will give adequate cover. Please bring non slip socks to wear to during the session or these can be purchased at the Studio. 

What if I need to cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, we require 4 weeks notice, and this notice must be provided in writing. If you are still within your initial contract period, 50% of the remaining fees is to be paid out upon cancellation. Please email

Can I suspend my membership?

Yes, you are able to suspend your membership for a maximum of 6 weeks throughout a 12 month period. Please provide notice in writing to
